Week 32: Key change in Reflective Practice
My final post discusses features of reflective practice and how this will inform my thoughts and approach moving forward in this profession. When considering the standards for our teaching profession, one in particular stands out for me: Learning Focused-Culture. Step 1 (What): Identify one key change in your professional practice Learning Focused-Culture Develop a culture that is focused on learning, and is characterised by respect, inclusion, empathy, collaboration, and safety.
